5. Returns & Refunds

Dezi Paints accepts returns only in cases of damaged or defective products. To initiate a return, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 7–10 business days. Please note:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return
